I've been having a weird day..
- So I'm sitting on the bus stop bench (obviously waiting for the bus), mid-yawn and this sixty year old man riding a bicycle stops in front of me.
- Man: I just want you to know you are a very attractive young lady.
- Me: Ummmm
- I'd like to mention at this moment in time this guy is no silver fox. He
- Man: Just thought you should know.
- Me: Ummmm thank you.
- Man: Don't send the police after me.
- Then the man just rides away on his bicycle shouting "BELIEVE IT!"
I didn’t, but I do now.

There is this exercise that I do called the Supine Abdomen Draw and it simultaneously makes me feel like I’m a marching nazi and dancing to Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’. The former makes me feel slightly ashamed, the latter just makes me sing ‘Thriller’ while I’m doing it.
